Provider identification

Demimonde is the trade name of an independent technology project created and operated by a single natural person: [LEGAL NAME], NIF [NIF], with contact domicile at [STREET, POSTCODE CITY], Spain. Contact: [email protected].

The operator is a sole trader (persona física). There is no company, no board and no Registro Mercantil entry; the person responsible is the one identified above. These details are published in compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).

Purpose of the site

demimonde.dev provides an AI conversation service, a developer inference API, and the associated account, billing and support functions, subject to the Terms and Conditions published at /legal/en/terms. The service is reserved for adults aged 18 or over.

Prices, plan features and billing conditions are displayed before any purchase is made. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

Infrastructure providers

The service runs on specialist providers acting on the operator's instructions: hosting and application compute; a managed database; container compute for the API gateway; inference compute that generates model responses; and payment processing. Account records and end-to-end encrypted conversation blobs are hosted on Vercel and Neon; card payments are processed by Stripe.

Prompts and completions are processed in memory by the compute and inference providers solely to answer the request in progress. The operator's systems hold no copy of that content: the only conversation state that is stored is ciphertext that neither the operator nor its storage providers can open.

Commercial communications

Commercial communications, where sent, require your prior consent under Article 21 LSSI-CE. Transactional messages (receipts, invoices and security notices) are not commercial and are sent only when you have provided an email address.

Language and applicable law

This notice is published in Spanish and English; the Spanish version governs where they differ. Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
