What to report here

Use this channel for serious abuse of the service: suspected child sexual abuse material or grooming; mass-casualty weapon synthesis; imminent threats to identifiable persons; anyone using Demimonde unlawfully; or security vulnerabilities you have found.

Support questions, billing issues and data-protection requests do not belong here; use the contacts in the legal notice instead.

How to report

Write to [email protected] with: what happened, when it happened (timestamps help), the account or share link involved, and any supporting detail. If the content sits behind an encrypted share link, include the full link; we cannot read it, but we can delete the stored ciphertext and act on the account.

You may report anonymously. If you want an answer, tell us how to reach you. Never send illegal material as evidence.

What happens next

Reports involving the categories in The Floor and child-safety reports are acknowledged within 48 hours and prioritised. Other reports are triaged within five working days. Depending on the findings we may refuse requests, revoke API keys, suspend or terminate accounts, disable share links, and cooperate with competent authorities where the law requires it.

Good-faith reporting

Reports are free of charge. Knowingly false or abusive reports, or reports sent to harass others, may themselves breach the Terms.
