The service

Demimonde provides uncensored AI conversation and inference APIs. You must be 18 or older to use it.

You accept that model output is generated content: uncensored does not mean accurate, and you remain solely responsible for how you use it.

The Floor

Our entire content restriction is published at /floor: universally illegal material (child sexual abuse, mass-casualty weapon synthesis, imminent threats to identifiable persons) is refused and nothing else is filtered. Uploading or requesting such material terminates your account.

Accounts and billing

Accounts are anonymous by design: a master key you store. If you lose it and your recovery code, access cannot be restored — this is the price of a server that cannot read your data.

Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel anytime, access continues until period end. Prepaid balance does not expire. Unused balance is refundable on request minus consumed usage. Prices include applicable VAT where required.

EU consumers: you waive the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content only at the moment streaming begins, by explicit checkbox, as EU law requires.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent Spanish and EU mandatory law allows, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here waives statutory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

Spanish law governs. Consumers may bring disputes before their local courts and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. We will always try to fix it first: support@demimonde.dev.
